TEXTOS
ABSTRACT
The author seeks to situate the problem of systematic torture as a political issue that concerns political subjects, and to turn away from the prevailing medical perspective of victimization. He argues that the consequences of political violence largely exceed individual psychic suffering; on the contrary, they should be regarded as a sickness of the social link. Whether harmful or creative, the marks of this kind of violence are definitive, and notions like PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) or resilience, which aim at a complete reparation/cicatrization of the trauma, lead to dangerous illusions.

Palavras-chave?tortura; destrutividade; ditadura civil-militar no Brasil.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to present torture as an act that reveals the worst of the human being, with references to Freud's writings and other authors on this field. The existence of a residue of destructiveness established in culture from the murder of the primal father, inscribes torture as a human practice since immemorial times. The use of humans as test subjects in Nazi death camps; medieval practices of torture and their support at different times and countries are examples that torture is a procedure of humans and allows us to affirm that torture is not extinguished despite his repeated prohibition. The practice of torture in Brazil during the military dictatorship installed in 1964 proves that instruments of torture used in the Middle Ages, by the inquisitors, were incorporated by dictators with the support of the Brazilian state.

ABSTRACT
The article reflects on the importance of funeral rites and tombs as signs of the presence of the dead in living memory. The article attempts to show how this requirement guides the poetic work since the Iliad and how it repeats itself in the painful context of the disappeared of the military dictatorship in Brazil, notably analyzing two recent texts, between fiction and testimony written by Bernardo Kucinski. Finally, the question arises as to the manifested neglect in the burial of poor people, that could be easily identifiable, in mass graves, but without communicating to families – that continue for years searching for the disappeared or missing?.

ABSTRACT
The relationship between psychoanalysis and politics is at the heart of the discussion: in which way were we imprinted by the years of terror by the state? Separating the citizenship from the practice of clinical psychoanalysis was the attitude adopted by the official institutions. Nowadays, with Comissões da Verdade [Committee of Truth] and Clínica do Testemunho [Clinic of Testimony] we have begun to face the aftermath of a traumatic past and the issue of pardon.

ABSTRACT

I will look closer, more specifically, some instruments of coercion used by the Brazilian repression during civil-military dictatorship period in Brazil. The examination of the bandeirante operation in São Paulo will be used as example that tried to carry out discursive and technique inscriptions in the civilian persons in order to produce a mimetic inscription of hierarchies, power and forced identifications between them. This, as much as possible, to become the subversives in guardians of order.

ABSTRACT
When traumatized, the subject becomes corned in the position of being silenced victim. This work deals with the transference attraction of intrapsychic violence to transform it into intersubjective investiment capable of being worked through (Green). It also refers to examples of group works, which challenge the violence experienced by psychic subject and by the collectives involved (Viñar). The intersubjectivity opens for the subject possibilities of other identifications to get him out of the victimezed position.

ABSTRACT
The work deals with the consequences of the state of exception, in which there is suppression of the legal order, on subjectivities. Proposes that this suspension leads the subjects to a situation of helplessness, because of the installation of the same conditions that cause the psychological trauma. Through the “force of law without law” the civilizing covenant is attacked itself by the State, which induces the subjects to return to the primitive psychic situation, prior to the establishment of the law. In conclusion, examines the resistance to the dictatorship as a means repair mode and defends the right to truth and abreaction of traumatic as conditions to a through work for their victims.

ABSTRACT
The psychoanalytic concept of psychic trauma allows us to analyze the effects that totalitarian regimes and state terrorism have on individual and collective subjectivity, as well as its “heritage” in the next historical period. The internalization of violence, aggravated by disavowal and the failure of any ecognition or appeal, leads to important processes of desubjectivation. In this context, acts of resistance and acts of affective and symbolic shelter to the victims become relevant. Restablishing trust, remembering, promoting the experience of testimony as well as the acts of justice that put an end to impunity can, thus, atone individual, familial and social subjective tissue.

ABSTRACT
The identification of the remains of a missing colleague in the Psychopathology Section of the Lanús Hospital, in Argentina, induces the author to reconstruct the events linked to the military repression that prompted her departure from the country in the 1970s. She recollects the history of the project lead by the psychiatrist Mauricio Goldenberg, its founder, and the democratic and humanistic ideals that guided it. Among its legacies that transcended the boundaries of the country, she points out its innovative proposals of assistance, training and prevention, open to various psychotherapeutic tendencies, especially psychoanalysis. The testimony reports the difficulties in the elaboration of loss and the existential disruption caused by ideological repression and State terrorism. The author interprets, then, as one of the objectives of the dictatorial power, the destruction of an innovative project in the field of Mental Health, as well as the breakdown and the removal of the professionals who supported it.

ABSTRACT
Starting from the father’s deposition on the National Truth Commission, the psychoanalyst gives her own testimony of the traumatic events of the paradoxical mandate of never speaking and never forgetting, present both in her Jewish origin as well as in the totalitarian regime in our country. Using a third person narrative, the history of one is transformed in the history of many, while endeavoring to break the fundamental memory silence towards a trauma elaboration. This opportunity is nowadays available due to the fact the Brazilian State assumed its responsibility in the barbarism, conducting an investigation of the hidden facts and asking for forgiveness to the individuals and the society for the crimes committed.
